1. Free Shipping is not valid for Wholesale & Export Orders.
2. Discounts and Offers are valid for Website Purchase Only.
3. Discounts or Offers will be shown on Shopping Cart Review Page Only (If Any).
4. The products would be dispatched through courier/cargo company of national repute.
5. The shipping charges vary depending upon the shipping mode and the country where the products are being shipped. (If for some reason the shipping is not being serviced by courier companies, extra shipping charges would be applicable. The company will advise of the same on receiving the order)
6. Custom Duty, Local Taxes, Quarantine charges and Clearance Charges if applicable would be extra as per the country of Billing Address/Shipping Address.
7. The shipment would be dispatched as early as possible from the date the order is received.
8. Please note however that the times in transit vary depending on your location.
9. Our company is not responsible and/or liable for any damages and/or claims what so ever, in case if any product is not allowed by country of import, after placement of order and dispatch of goods.
10. If for any reason the goods are not cleared by the customs of country of import and returned to us then the company will deduct freight and insurance and clearing charges etc. from the billing amount.
11. You agree that any governmental authority including customs and security may open and inspect your shipment /packet at any time. The same is not in our control and liable for any refund / replacement of the goods.
12. Exchange of Goods is not possible.

Refund Policy

We will refund, if Order is cancelled by www.handicraftgalaxy.com or by customer (customer is required to send us an email within 24 hours of order confirmation to info@handicraftgalaxy.com for order cancellation). In any other circumstance, there is no return / exchange / refund.

VAT & Custom Duties

1. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
2. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
3. They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellation have to be made within 24 hours after placing an order. It may be noted that if cancellation of the order happens after authorization of the payment then it affects the payment gateway service charge, in such a case the respective service charge shall be deducted and the balance is paid back to the customer. You may kindly note that order cannot be cancelled once the shipment process has started from our end.
